8:00am | Gates Open - All demonstrations will be officially introduced, with activities continuing throughout the day.
8:30am | Wheelwright Demonstration
Observe the traditional craft of wagon wheel building and repair
8:45am | Blacksmithing Demonstration
Discover heritage blacksmithing techniques and early tool-making skills
9.00am | Greenhide Rope Making
Watch a skilled craftsman create rope from cured greenhide, a traditional bushcraft technique
9:15am | Working Bullocks Demonstration & Working Horse Demonstration
Learn how bullock teams supported early transport and heavy hauling
See horses harnessed for work
Includes traditional dam scoop and wagon-loading demonstrations
9:30am | Damper Cook-Off Begins
Register your damper at the Camp Oven Cook-Off Zone
Judging to follow at 1:00pm, with tastings available afterward
** Stewie will provide the camp ovens to cook the dampers and man the fires. All ingredients, mixing utensils, bowls etc must be provided by the entrants. Dough may be made at home but must be cooked at Ram Park.
