Hosted by celebrity chef Matt Golinski and packed with the finest local producers, each (including Matt!) will be providing a demonstration or workshops, along with tastings and goodies to purchase.
Exhibitors include The Lodge Larder, Western Queensland Spirit, Towri Sheep Cheeses, The Paddock Patisserie Brownie Bar, Watercress Olives & Limes and Bruno & George Wines - just to name a few!
